The first hour of this workshop is dedicated to the exquisite sanctuary of movement with your body. The second hour is a Nia Class, celebrating Life ! Bring a journal for your reflections, the gorgeous yoga studio accommodates blankets, bolsters etc. All are Welcome ! This event is a great intro to the somatic practice of Nia.
